F.A.Q Your Questions Answered How many people can you have in a team? Our games are designed for between three and five players. However, we do also offer a simplified escape experience for two people as well as an extra-challenging one for teams of six. Are there any age limits? Our rooms can be enjoyed by a wide range of ages but anyone under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. The escape experience may be a bit daunting for younger children so we ask parents to think carefully about whether it will be suitable for their child. What can I expect on the day? When you book an experience with Locked In Games, expect the unexpected. Your brain cells will be tested and you’ll need to work with your team to stand a chance of getting out in time. On the day of your escape game, please arrive 15 minutes before your booking time, so you can be fully briefed on your experience before you are locked in. Can I cancel once I have booked? Unfortunately, we cannot refund, reschedule or cancel bookings. For this reason, we ask you to check times and dates with all your team members before you make a booking. Can I play if I am pregnant? Yes of course, our games do not require excessive physical strength and are perfectly safe for mums-to-be. Can I play if I am claustrophobic? Each of our rooms are quite spacious so should not trigger any feelings of claustrophobia. However, if you do feel you need to leave the room at any time during your experience, our staff will happily let you out. We are one group but our bookings are at different times, can we start together? If you are one big group, please give us a call and we will try our best to arrange for you to play at the same time. What if we run late for our booking? We understand that sometimes things happen so if you are running late on the day of your booking, please let us know straight away. Unfortunately, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to run your game due to other bookings and we will not be able to give you a refund. Will we be sharing with another group? No, your escape experience is exclusively for you and your team members. Unlike other escape games, we will never add other players to your group . . . your booking . . . your time! Can we bring more players than we have booked for? If you want to bring extra people with you, please let us know as soon as you can. You can bring additional people on the day so long as you do not exceed the maximum number of players allowed for your chosen room. Do you have parking? Yes, we have free off-street parking to the side (not rear) of the building. You can also park for free in the large adjacent car park. Please note, we cannot take responsibility for any items left in your vehicles whilst you are playing the games. What if I need to leave the room during the game? If you feel unwell during the experience or need to leave for any reason, please let your gamesmaster know and they will arrange to let you out. Do you offer corporate packages? Yes, we offer a variety of corporate packages, which are ideal as team-building exercises or even just a treat for your hard-working staff. Locked In also has a conference room you can use and we can provide lunch if required. Our conference room can accommodate up to 30 people and can be hired for parties. Catering can be provided if required. If you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
